About Me.

Hi I'm Jean. I'm a New York–based video editor and storyteller with decades of cutting-room experience and two Emmy Awards to show for it. As a graduate of the School of Visual Arts, I've shaped everything from documentaries and podcasts, to promos, trailers, and social shorts, some of which have received millions of views—always with a sharp eye for pacing, character, and emotional payoff throughout.
 

What I feel sets me apart is my versatility. I can jump from vérité to polished commercial work, build narrative arcs from hours of footage, and collaborate seamlessly with designers, directors, producers, and consumer brands. I love making show-stopping graphics, and embrace the art of sound design but most of all is my love for editing. I believe great editing is invisible—guided by rhythm, anchored in performance, and always serves the story.
